Legal Notice
Information about the LopiGo project, its identity, and the use of this website.
1. Scope and project identity
This notice applies to the LopiGo website, its content, and names, marks, logos, designs, graphics, and other identifiers presented in connection with LopiGo. The LopiGo brand was created on August 5, 2020. LopiGo is an active software and artificial intelligence development project associated with Pip Ventures. These names do not represent that either project is a separately incorporated business entity.
2. LopiGo name, marks, and brand identity
LopiGo™, its associated logo, visual identity, and distinctive identifiers are claimed for the project's software, artificial intelligence applications, connected digital systems, and related services. No permission is granted to adopt, register, copy, imitate, or commercially use the LopiGo name—or any confusingly similar name, mark, domain, account name, logo, or identity—in a manner that suggests origin, affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization. The rights holder expressly reserves all available rights and remedies against infringement, passing off, impersonation, counterfeiting, cybersquatting, domain abuse, and false association. The “™” symbol communicates a trademark claim and is not a representation about registration status. Accurate commentary, criticism, comparisons, reporting, and other lawful uses are not prohibited.
3. Copyright and site content
Original copyrightable text, graphics, design and other materials belong to their respective rights holders to the extent protected by law. Presentation of materials here is not a license to reproduce or commercially exploit protected content, except as authorized or permitted by law. No claim is made over third-party intellectual property, facts, ideas or public-domain material. Copyright status for any AI-assisted or AI-generated content requires separate consideration.
4. Impersonation and false association
The operator may respond through appropriate lawful channels to fraudulent impersonation, counterfeit communications, misleading uses of the project's identity, or false representations of approval or affiliation. This does not restrict truthful independent references or lawful commentary.
5. Information and availability
This website describes ongoing software, artificial intelligence and connected-systems development for general information. It does not establish that any particular product, feature, license, paid service or release is commercially available. Nothing here is a binding offer, performance guarantee or promise of future delivery.
6. Communications and submissions
Unsolicited inquiries do not, by themselves, create confidential, fiduciary, professional or contractual relationships. Do not transmit passwords, security credentials, privileged materials, sensitive personal information or confidential proposals without a suitable prior agreement and secure channel. Unsolicited proposals do not require a response, acceptance or compensation.
7. Third-party resources
References and links to other software, technologies and services do not, by themselves, imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or approval. Third-party intellectual-property rights and terms remain with their respective owners.
8. Accuracy and website disclaimer
Content may be revised, corrected or removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, completeness or error-free content. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Rights and response to misuse
The actual rights holder or authorized operator may preserve evidence, request correction or removal of misleading content, contact providers, or seek lawful remedies relating to protected content, impersonation, or misleading commercial association. Failure to object to a particular use is not an express grant of permission.
10. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the website, the project, or applicable requirements.
